How to log your clients' weight

Do you want to keep a track of your client's weight, so that you have an overall metric on whether you're moving in the right direction? Instead of keeping the values on paper or spreadsheets, you can now log the values on a consistent basis, right from the TrainerFu app.

Difficulty level: Easy

  1. Navigate to Client--> Plan--> Assess from the trainer's app or tap on Track Progress from the client app. Select the assessment-- "Weight".

  2. Tap on the "Add Weight" option. 

  3. Next, log the weight values for each date. Tap on "Add" when you're done. 

  4. That's it. Your weight has now been successfully logged.
