How to track body fat percentage?

Difficulty level: Easy
- Navigate to Client--> Plan--> Assess from the trainer's app or tap on Track Progress from the client app. Select the assessment-- "Body Fat %".
- Tap on the "Add Body Fat %" option.
- Next, log the values for each date. Tap on "Add" when you're done.
- That's it. Your client's Body Fat % has now been successfully logged.
