Step #1: Download the TrainerFu app
Step #2: Login into your TrainerFu account
After you've downloaded the app, the next step is to login to your TrainerFu account, using the credentials that you client sent you on your email. You'll be asked to reset your password, when you login for the first time. Click on "Save" to login.
Note: Don't have your account credentials? Ask your trainer to re-send the invite.
Step #3: Browse the Scheduled Workouts
Once you're logged in, you'll be able to view the workout plan your trainer has created for you.
Note: Don't see any scheduled workouts for you? That means... your trainer has probably not yet created a workout plan for you. You'll be able to view and log your first workout, as soon as your trainer uploads your workout plan.
