Can I modify system exercises and add my own YouTube videos and instructions?

Yes, you can update any system or custom exercise and add your own youtube videos.




To do this:
  1. Go to Menu --> Exercises --> Pick a Category --> Pick Exercise. This will bring exercise screen.
  2. Tap the Edit button on top right. This will put the view in edit mode.
  3. From here you can update the Youtube video link, add instructions, update the instruction webpage link.
  4. Tap the Save button on top right to save the changes.
